According to the quarterback of the New England Patriots, he is far from “perfect.”

In a sit-down interview with former NFL heavyweight turned GMA co-host, Michael Strahan, Tom Brady scoffed at the question “how does it make you feel,” when he is called the “G.O.A.T,” or greatest of all time.

He told Strahan:

“I don’t even like that. I don’t even like that. It makes me cringe. I guess I take compliments worse than, I wish you would say that ‘you’re trash, you’re too old, you’re slow, you can’t get it done no more.’ I would say, ‘thank you very much, I’m going to go prove you wrong.'”

The future Hall-of-Famer said his past is what helps him stay grounded and humbled.

Brady told “Good Morning America” that he “was never the first guy picked,” and even went as far as to call himself a “late bloomer.” He said those traits run deep and will be with him forever.

However, despite all the success he has had during his 19 years in the NFL, there is one thing he cherishes more than all of that — his family.

Family and Football! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

He told Strahan:

“Football success is one thing, being a good dad, being a good husband, being a good friend that’s really important to me too. I’m someone who cares about people, you know, my relationships. I’m very much an introvert. I don’t like a lot of this…”

The six-time Super Bowl champion then went on to talk about his wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, who he called his “rock” and his “life partner,” who is “one of the most caring, nurturing people in the world.”

He continued:

“The way she takes care of our family when I’m working, sacrificing a lot of her dreams you know that she wants to do, for me. I can only tell her I love her so much and she knows and she feels it.”

Strahan then asked Brady if he does anything to irritate his wife, to which Brady responded with a laugh while saying “a lot.”

He elaborated:

“Believe me I’m far from perfect. I’m so far from perfect. I think for her, a lot of times things revolve around me in the house. Football’s a schedule and it’s just ‘I’m here for this.’ In a lot of ways, I’m absent and I lose track of my responsibilities in the house. I think [Gisele] carries the burden a lot of the times.

The reality is I don’t do much and I think that’s the thing that imma do a better job of, cause she deserves it too.”

I quit watching football, as have many others, due to the unpatriotic, anti-America, jerks playing and the NFL administration for condoning their antics. On the other hand their are good men playing and Tom Brady is one of them!! Congratulations to him for his career and his exemplary life!! He is truly a great man and deserves respect!

I, like many said, i am tired of them winning so much but everyone should appreciate GREATNESS and Brady will go down as one of, if not the best to ever play the game…..I am still upset about how the New Orleans Saints were “ROBBED” of the chance at playing in the SB due to the miss, on purpose or otherwise of the MOST OBVIOUS pass interference NO-CALL, i have ever seen but i SUPPORTED THE PATRIOTS because i would never support a team that comes out of the VILE, EVIL STATE OF CALIFORNIA…….LET MEXICO HAVE THAT STATE AND BUILD THE WALL BETWEEN THEM AND THE OTHER 49 states!
