The father of a Georgia eighth-grader is outraged after a teacher cursed out his daughter on March 7.

As WSB-TV reports, Rashaan Brown’s daughter and another student were playing in class last week before things went left.

At some point, the two students ended up throwing water on each other and some of it landed on their eighth-grade teacher.

Brown explained:

“The teacher ran up on my daughter and said, ‘If we were on the streets, I would f*** you up. If this is how she’s talking to kids, what else don’t we know about.”

When his daughter told him about the incident, Brown had hoped she was dramatizing the situation, WSB-TV reports.

However, when he arrived at Main Street Academy, where his daughter has attended since kindergarten, her story was confirmed.

Brown filmed the school’s principal reading what the teacher said to his daughter.

She read:

“If you were anyone else on the street I would have beat the f*** out of you, but of course I cannot. I need you to get something to clean this up and I want a f****** apology.”

Brown wants the faculty member reprimanded for what she did. He even says his daughter feared the teacher was going to hit her. However, he claims that the school seems to be taking it rather lightly.

He told WSB-TV:

“If you wouldn’t accept your child cursing you out, why would you send your children to a school being educated and a teacher cursing them out.”

On the other hand, the principal said she has remained in contact with the Browns. She confirmed that the investigation is complete, although she is unable to reveal anything further.

WSB-TV reports that Brown’s daughter is an honor roll student, an athlete and, according to him, an overall good kid.

I understand the teacher’s frustration, but what she said to the girl was unacceptable. The teacher needs to be reprimanded.

My 8th grader would never act that way…especially in school! I teach my kids respect though, so maybe that’s the difference you are eluding to. It’s not a race issue, just a respect issue/poor parenting. This Dad knows his kid is a mess, make them accountable don’t try to blind people by calling out the “fed up with your horrible child’s” teacher. I also love the picture! Haha That’s a 2nd grader, 3rd at best! I agree, NOT an 8th grader!! Haha!! Nice try though!
