Taylor Swift’s former bodyguard Greg Dent, took the stand for the ongoing trial against ex-disc jockey David Mueller, Reuters reports.

Under questioning from Mueller’s attorney, Gabriel McFarland, Dent told the court that he witnessed Mueller touch Swift’s behind without her consent.

He added that he had seen the former radio host drinking prior to the photo opportunity between him and the “Out of the Woods” singer.

Dent recounted:

“I saw his hand under her skirt. … Her skirt went up. … She jumped.”

He assured the jury that he was certain Mueller had been drinking, adding:

“I was definitely sure that he had been drinking. I don’t know what level. He wasn’t staggering or falling down.”

Swift’s former security guard, who also previously worked for the National Security Agency, added that he didn’t immediately intervene on the situation per cues from the singer herself.

After the meet and greet was completed, Swift revealed the alleged violation to her team.

Mueller tells a different story, claiming he was “falsely accused” of the sexual misconduct, which subsequently got him ousted from his job at Denver station KYGO-FM.

Swift herself took the stand yesterday, claiming Mueller “put his hand under [her] dress and grabbed [her] bare ass.”

She continued:

“Rather than grabbing my ass outside of my clothing, he grabbed my ass underneath my clothing. He was busy grabbing my ass underneath my skirt, so he didn’t grab it outside of my skirt.”

Swift refused to relent to claims that blame her for the alleged assault, firmly stating, “I am being blamed for the unfortunate events of his life that are a product of his decisions, not mine.”
