Taylor Swift has taken the stand on the fourth day of a continuing trial against former Colorado DJ, David Mueller. According to E! News, Swift was called to the stand Thursday morning by Mueller’s attorney, Gabriel McFarland.
Swift alleges that Mueller groped her behind during a meet-and-greet photo opportunity.

Swift told the court that she’s certain his movement was “a definite grab, a very long grab,” though she was unable to quantify the duration:
“I don’t think it would be wise to estimate time in court, but I know it was long enough for me to be completely sure that it was intentional.”
At first, Swift alleges, she thought it may have been a mistake, but Mueller’s further actions indicated otherwise:
“He stayed latched on to my bare ass cheek… I felt him grab onto my ass cheek underneath my skirt. The first couple of milliseconds I thought it must be a mistake, so I moved to the side very quickly so that his side would be removed from my ass cheek, but it didn’t let go.”
When asked to specify about where exactly he touched her, Swift clarified:
“Rather than grabbing my ass outside of my clothing, he grabbed my ass underneath my clothing. He was busy grabbing my ass underneath my skirt, so he didn’t grab it outside of my skirt.”
The “Shake It Off” singer apparently shut down in the moments after the supposed incident, adding “a light switched off in my personality.”
When asked if she felt that Mueller “got what he deserved,” Swift struck back:
“I don’t feel anyting about Mr. Mueller. I don’t know him…I don’t have any feelings about a person that I don’t know. I think what he did was despicable, horrible and shocking. But, I don’t know him at all.”
And Swift refuses to be labeled with any fault:
“I am not going to allow you or your client in any way to make me feel like this was my fault, because it isn’t.”
She’s taking a firm stand, unrelenting to blame cast upon her from Mueller or his team, adding, “I am being blamed for the unfortunate events of his life that are a product of his decisions, not mine.”
This is a breaking story and will be updated as information becomes available.
