Actor Ryan Reynolds has gained a following on Twitter for his entertaining and often brutally honest posts about parenting.
The Huffington Post reports that he also posts tweets that troll people, which even include his two young daughters and at times his wife, actress Blake Lively.
My kids tried to surprise me for my birthday this morning. I totally heard them coming and snuck out to start a new life somewhere else.

Nothing better than the simple joys of finding 5 bucks in an old pair of pants, or discovering my wife and I had a second daughter over a year ago.

My daughter loves being buried up to her neck in sand at the beach. Her little face lights up when I come back to get her the next day.

Being a Dad isn’t just about eating a huge bag of gummy-bears as your wife gives birth. It means being comfortable with the word hero.

However, when Reynolds isn’t making sardonic jokes on Twitter, he’s spoken very highly about his daughters.
In a 2016 article, The Huffington Post reported that he said of his two daughters:
“They look alike. You can see that she’s sort of a little mini version of our older girl. It’s great. It’s like an actually cohesive, working, functioning family. It’s amazing to see my older daughter taking care of my younger one. ‘The Lion King’ was right! The circle of life exists.”
Based on their positive responses, it seems that his fans are in on the joke:
I love your tweets

Unlike many celebs, Reynolds hasn’t received pushback for his seemingly controversial tweets in an age when people are so easily offended.
But maybe that’s because his posts are extremely relatable, if not just downright entertaining.
