On December 3, a pregnant Ohio teen got into a fight with her mother while they were driving down the freeway.
As the mother, Helena Clay, was driving, 14-year-old Annalys Clay started assaulting her. Helena pulled the vehicle over, at which point Annalys bolted from the car and climbed into the car parked behind them. According to WKYC, that car belonged to Annalys’s 33-year-old cousin, Louis Jakab.
She hasn’t been seen since.
Now, the U.S. Marshals Service has joined the search for the teen.
Helena believes that Jakab is the father of her daughter’s baby, as he and Annalys had a relationship in October.
Jakab, whom police believe the teen is still with, already has a prior conviction for manslaughter and is a wanted man for violating his parole.
As WJW reports, Annalys has red hair and blue eyes, stands at 5 feet 5 inches, and weighs 125 pounds. Jakab has a shaved head and blue eyes. His height is 6-foot-4 he weighs approximately 190 pounds.
The two were last seen in a 2017 black Audi A3 with a stolen Cleveland, Ohio, license plate that reads: HED3844. Authorities believe the pair has left the state.
U.S. Marshals are asking the public to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED, or text anonymous tips using the keyword WANTED with the tip to TIP411.
A reward is being offered for information to find Annalys and capture Jakab.
