Pop songstress Pink is currently on her world tour, and she’s taking her family along for the ride.

Husband Carey Hart and their two children, 7-year-old Willow and 1-year-old Jameson, have stayed by the mother of two’s side from country to country.

But it’s not always easy to travel with the kids, according to Hart. He took to Instagram on Tuesday to reveal the reality of living on the road with young ones.

Alongside a photo of little Jameson covered in a rash, Hart wrote:

Wanna know how glamorous tour can be? Jameson has hand, foot, and mouth; and willow has a 102 temp. Both kids laid up and mama @pink still has to push through and do shows. I had Jameson at breakfast yesterday and this vile woman at the table next to us kept staring at him with a shitty look on her face. I told her it was bed bugs ?. #NoRestForTheWicked#LifeInHotels

Hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFM) is a highly contagious viral infection common in children that’s spread through contact with bodily fluids, according to Mayo Clinic.

While the father was likely trying to be relatable by sharing his struggles with Jameson’s HFM, many fans decided to slam him and Pink for their parenting.

One fan commented that he shouldn’t be taking the sick child out in public. They wrote:

Don’t take your contagious kid to restaurants dude.

According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), those infected with HFM can be contagious for days or weeks after they no longer show symptoms.

Another blamed their children’s illnesses on living in hotels during tour:

Seems like your kids are always sick. Maybe its time to stop being greedy and stop forcing them to live out of hotels.

But other fans jumped to the parent’s defense. One commenter wrote:

Good luck.. being a parent is tough on the best of days, I can’t imagine doing it on tour and under the scrutiny of a every damn person.. You got this, take one day at a time.

This is the second time in recent weeks that the parents were scrutinized.

When Pink took her children to a wildlife park in Australia recently, she was slammed for letting her daughter hold a koala. The animals commonly carry chlamydia, Dearly previously reported.

The parents have not responded publicly to any of the criticism.
