Kimberley Williams, 27, is a nanny and a former personal trainer in London.
According to the Daily Mail, she had just purchased a new pair of leggings from Puma and was excited to wear them to the gym.
She wrote on Puma’s Facebook page:
It was a cold London morning and I had taken myself shopping to buy some new gym leggings. As I sorted through the racks of leggings upon leggings the simple yet stylish black puma leggings caught my eye.
I decided to do it and purchased myself a nice pair of puma gym tights!! Saturday morning I sprung out of bed in utter excitement to show off these new black puma leggings. As I waltzed down to my gym with not a care in the world I could feel all eyes on me. People were clearing checking out the new leggings I had purchased and I digged it.
Kimberley found her friend in the gym and started stretching with her before their class began. That’s when her friend realized why people were looking down:
Ready for my tabata class I was feeling super energized and super stylish in my new puma leggings. As I bent down to stretch out my legs my friend gasped in utter shock… “Kim I can see you’re a**e.”
Fortunately, Kimberley wrote that she thought the whole incident was hilarious.

She stayed to attend the class and placed her friend behind her, so nobody else could see her backside.
A spokesperson for Puma told the Mail that their products can be replaced or refunded if a customer us unhappy:
“Puma offers leggings of different materials in its product ranges, catering to a wide variety of consumer preferences. In case, a customer is unhappy or dissatisfied with the quality of a PUMA product purchased, we have a return policy in place that guarantees that the product will be replaced or refunded.”
According to Bustle, “sheer leggings” are relatively common.

Bustle author Lisa Fogarty recommended in her piece that women try on leggings and do the “stretch” test before purchasing to ensure their bums aren’t on display.
Dearly reached out to both Puma and Kimberley for a comment, but neither had responded by the time of publication.
