Jessica Simpson Fans Share How They Handled Their Sciatica Pain After the Singer Admits She’s Struggling

Singer, actor, and fashion designer Jessica Simpson is nearing the end of her third pregnancy, and unfortunately, it hasn’t come without a few hiccups in her heath.

Most recently, the soon-to-be mom of three opened up about the sciatica pain she has been battling during her pregnancy for the last month.

She wrote:

After a month of sciatica pain, followed by 3 weeks of Bronchitis, I figured since my feet fit in my sneaks today I needed to walk out a lot of anxiety!!

According to Mayo Clinic, sciatica “refers to pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve, which branches from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down each leg.”

And while sciatica is very common, many of Simpson’s fans understood her pain, revealing that they too experienced sciatica pain while pregnant:

3 inches of hot water (so it doesn’t hit the belly) add Violet Epsom salt, it saved me the last 3 months I was prego… you got this

Have you ever tried to see a Chiropractor for your sciatic pain? that’s the only thing that helped during both my pregnancies

I had the sciatica pain too for about a month! It was around 25 weeks! AWFUL. I’m glad you’re feeling better!

You need to find a heated pool and walk laps in the water, it’s the best therapy for sciatica , this helped me and hopefully it’ll help you xo

Good for you! Walking is the best thing for sciatica, and acupuncture!

Just a few weeks ago, Simpson also shared a picture of her extremely swollen feet to Instagram.

As Dearly previously reported, hundreds of her followers also rushed to the comments section to help the mom out:

Same thing that happened to me when I was pregnant with my first daughter she killed me!! Just elevate your feet up maybe some compression socks!!! Or something that can flush out the fluids!! Hope you feel better soon and wear your hubbys flip flops!!!

Put those feet up! As much as you can…hated having that swollen feeling in the ankles. And…eat less salt. Those are the only two things that helped!

Omg drink tons of water and rest those feet.

It’s unclear exactly when the 38-year-old is expected to give birth. She announced her pregnancy with the help of her and her husband, Eric Johnson’s, two older children in September 2018.

They also announced that they are expecting their second little girl.
