On October 18, female students at Pleasure Ridge Park High School in Louisville, Kentucky, reportedly found pictures of a nude woman on the floor of the girl’s bathroom. Later, the same images were found scattered across the grass adjacent to the school parking lot, WDRB reports.

Frances Joyce Bailey, 60, allegedly entered the building unlawfully and threw photos of the woman across school grounds, according to WAVE. Bailey reportedly entered the school through a side door by following two students who were buzzed in.

Surveillance video allegedly captured Bailey driving around the school parking lot where the photos were found, according to WDRB.

The woman in the photos, a parent of a student at the school, was notified of the incident. The woman reportedly dated Bailey’s son and believed Bailey was behind the act — she had previously filed a criminal complaint against Bailey.

In an interview with WAVE, Ronnie Bailey said the photos of the woman had been taken from his phone without his permission.

It’s unclear why Bailey allegedly distributed the photos at the high school, but WDRB reports that Bailey’s granddaughter also attended the high school. Bailey was reportedly upset officials spoke to her granddaughter about the incident.

Jefferson County Public Schools issued a statement following the incident reminding students not to let anyone inside the building:

Photos were up for just a few minutes. As soon as students saw them — they took them all down and immediately went to administrators. The incident was caught on videotape and PRP leadership worked with police during the investigation. We have reiterated our school protocols to students and reminded them that they are not to let anyone inside the building.

WAVE reports Bailey was charged with distribution of obscene matter, criminal trespassing, and harassment and placed on house arrest.

Ronnie Bailey told WAVE he hopes the allegations against his mother are not true and has openly apologized to the woman for the reported incident: “I love you and I’m sorry,” he said.
