Anyone who has ever raised kids knows that parents can’t turn their backs on small children even for one second.

A new video circulating the internet pretty much sums up why moms really do need eyes in the back of their heads.

Footage posted to Facebook captured Erica Dilley, from Texas, in her driveway tending to her two children and dog. She was seen walking to her garage, then the woman allows her 2-year-old Alexandra Marie to press a button to open the garage door.

As she turns her back on the little girl, only for a few seconds to get her other child out of her stroller, Alexandra clutched on to the garage door behind her. That’s when her mother learned she has serious upper body strength.

In a reposted video titled “The Challenges of Being a Mom,” WFLA broadcaster Josh Benson wrote:

MOM STRUGGLES. Turn your back on your kids for a few seconds and all hell breaks loose!

Wait for it.

Watch the hilarious video below:

Alexandra grabs hold of the garage door handle and becomes suspended from the ground.

She can be heard giggling while in mid-air until her mother turns around and shouts:

“Alex! No, let go!”

Her mom didn’t seem to find the incident funny until she was able to rescue the little girl. However, others had a good laugh from the video. Some commenters wrote on Instagram and Facebook:

Funny but not funny.

That poor mom but I’m laughing out loud haha cause I know baby girl is ok.

Haha, I think most moms can relate.

You need eyes in the back of your head soon!!!

The clip even made it’s way to Ellentube. Comedian Ellen DeGeneres posted a satirical version of the video on Instagram.

Dilley later jokingly wrote on Facebook she didn’t know her daughter would enjoy hanging nearly six feet high in the air.

Other parents said they could totally relate to the clip.
