A California mom is going viral on social media thanks to her positive attitude after having her home TP’d by a group of local pranksters.

Aubrey Dupree Seymour admits that she used to TP houses when she was young, so she couldn’t get mad last week when she found her home and yard covered in toilet tissue.

She told Fox 11:

“My response was not to get angry. Nowadays we are so quick to condemn kids for the things they do. Trust me my kids are not perfect but there are so many choices kids can make that are not always the best.”

Seymour took a photo of the pranksters’ handiwork and shared the image to a local Facebook group — along with a humorous vow to get back at the teens.

To the kids that TP’d our house last night, I have a few choice words for you…AMAZING job, you have given me faith…

One day I believe you will change the world with your DETERMINATION to be the best. I do have you on my ring and when I find out who you are…game on my friend, we too have a Costco size supply of TP.

Seymour found out that the prank was carried out by a group of her son’s longtime friends. They used 72 rolls of toilet paper to completely cover her house, she said.

Many Facebook users praised the mom for laughing off what could have been a frustrating situation. One commenter wrote:

Fantastic attitude! Love it and miss those days! Count me in. I’ll even pitch in another Costco size of TP. Let’s show them how it’s really done.

I applaud you my friend!!!! Let’s let kids be kids!

The mess eventually got cleaned up with the help of Seymour’s oldest son.
