The 34-year-old mother, Tiffany Jackson, wrote that she was driving to Philadelphia to help her 24-year-old fugitive boyfriend, Raheem Harvey, escape from two arrest warrants.

Update : As of August 25,2017 Mrs.Tiffany Jackson is in the Custody of the Pitcairn Police Department.
Jackson was found with bruises on her face. Motel staff reported hearing the couple arguing earlier in the week. The police were called when staff saw a news report about the missing mom.
Jackson’s children have been placed in the custody of Allegheny County Children, Youth and Families.
Pitcairn Police Chief Scott Farally told CBS that the teen was legally allowed to babysit her siblings, but the teen had expressed concern over the welfare of the children:
“Is a 16-year-old able to baby-sit? Correct. However, when the 16-year-old reaches out for help, knowing that she’s too stressed to do this and she doesn’t know what to do, that’s when the police got involved.”
According to WPIX, this was not the first time the mom had faced charges for leaving the children alone. She was previously convicted of child endangerment in 2011.
At the time, her then-9-year-old daughter walked to a nearby laundromat after being left alone with her siblings for two days. Jackson was sentenced to two years of house arrest.
Jackson was arraigned on August 25. Her next court appearance will be on September 11.
