Four-year-old Alanda McCoy went missing from her Milton, Florida, home on June 20.
According to Fox 13, she was last seen leaving Santa Rosa Medical Center with a family friend, 27-year-old William “Bill” Kavchak.

Pensacola News Journal reports that the two left the building to get ice cream at 9:30 p.m. and never returned. McCoy was reported missing to the Milton Police Department around 3:00 a.m.
Kavchak was last seen driving a green 2007 Mercury Montego with Florida plate: Y53 UNW. It’s the mother’s vehicle. She added that it may appear to look light blue. There’s also a dent in the right front passenger bumper, and the tail lights have plastic covers with silver lines on them.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) announced that McCoy was last seen wearing a yellow spaghetti strap tank top, a light colored skirt, and blue flip flops.

Kavchak has black hair, brown eyes, and is around 6’2″ tall. He was last seen wearing a dark hat, dark shirt, and a red strap backpack.
An AMBER Alert has been issued to help find the missing girl. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is encouraged to call 911 or contact the Milton Police Department at 850-983-5423.
UPDATE [06/21/17 2:13 PM, EST]:
According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the AMBER Alert has been canceled. McCoy has been recovered safely.
