Months following their secret wedding, Miranda Lambert and her new husband made their grand debut on the 54th Academy of Country Music Awards carpet.

Lambert dawned a stunning lime green gown, while her new beau wore a simple black suit.

As Dearly previously reported, the country music superstar, 35, announced her marriage to New York City police officer Brendan McLoughlin, 27, a few days after Valentine’s Day this year:

In honor of Valentine’s Day I wanted to share some news. I met the love of my life. And we got hitched! My heart is full. Thank you Brendan Mcloughlin for loving me for…. me.

Some may find the couple’s public appearance surprising after a video showed Lambert, who was most famously married to fellow singer Blake Shelton, giving a sassy response to a woman asking how married life was going for the two of them.

In the video, Lambert told the woman:

“If I say something, will you leave, please? Like, the world should mind their own f**king business.”

Lambert is one of many performers at the ACM Awards on Sunday night. Further, the 32-time award winner is nominated for Female Artist of the Year and Music Event of the Year.

According to the Billboard, if Lambert does win Female Artist of the Year, this will be her 10th consecutive time winning the ACM Award.

Leave her alone Blake did enough.

She “donned” her lime green gown. She didn’t dawn it. A common mistake for bloggers, but it shouldn’t be for reporters!
