Grammy-winning superstar Mariah Carey is one proud mom.

After blowing everyone away with her powerhouse “Icon” performance, she celebrated her twins Roc and Roe’s 8th birthday, with a special acknowledgment at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards.

The artist, who has more number one Billboard hits than any other artist, sang some of her most popular chart-topping songs, including “Vision of Love,” “Hero,” “Honey” and “We Belong Together.”

Shortly after her nearly three-minute performance, Carey was presented with the Icon Award for lifelong achievement as a singer, songwriter.

The Icon Award was previously bestowed upon the likes of Janet Jackson, Cher, Celine Dion, and Prince.

To date, Carey is one of the biggest winners in award history. She has taken home a total of 15 Billboard Music Awards of her own.

But while the night was meant to be all about her, Carey couldn’t help but shout out her twins on her big day.

She wrote on Instagram earlier in the day:

“8 years of bliss Happy Birthday #DemKids”

Carey shares her twins with ex-husband, Nick Cannon, who thanked her for “the most amazing gifts ever,” their children.
