Lindsay Lohan has been acting and modeling since she was a little kid.

The red-haired star made her film debut in 1998’s “The Parent Trap” when she was just 11 years old, and she’s been a Hollywood starlet ever since.

Lohan went on to star in massively successful films such as “Mean Girls” and “Freaky Friday,” but earning stardom at such a young age took a toll on her.

Starting in 2005, the starlet seemed to tumble out of control. She was in and out of rehab for alcohol and drug-related issues, and constantly had run-ins with the law.

Lohan eventually stepped away from the spotlight. In 2013, she starred in her last major film role in the limited-release thriller “The Canyons.”

And the starlet has laid low ever since.

Lohan recently broke off her engagement with millionaire Egor Tarabasov, who she claimed strangled her “constantly.”

She then shifted focus to humanitarian efforts in Turkey, helping Syrian refugees and even visiting the president of Turkey.

Now, Lohan has announced that she’s finally getting back into acting.

In a tweet posted Monday, Lohan announced she will appear alongside “Harry Potter” star Rupert Grint in a new television series titled “Sick Note.”

Fans couldn’t be more excited to hear the news, but they seemed equally thrilled to see Lohan sporting a brand new look for the show.

The starlet sported her signature red hair in the photo, which was cut into a neat bob.

Many fans on Twitter couldn’t help but notice how happy and healthy the star looked:

“Sick Note” is a British comedy series starring Grint, who plays a man who has been falsely diagnosed with a terminal illness, according to the BBC.

It’s currently unclear when Lohan’s season of the show will debut. But for now, fans are just happy to see Lohan back on the daily grind.
