Kendra Wilkinson Baskett was first introduced as one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends on reality television show “The Girls Next Door” in 2005.

Since then, the television personality started a family and has her own show.

According to People magazine, Kendra is currently in Las Vegas working on an off-Broadway show called “Sex Tips for Straight Women from a Gay Man” and recording her new show, “Kendra on Top.” Her family is back in Los Angeles.

Kendra’s been flying home once a week to spend time with the family, but it has been difficult for her to spend so much time apart.

In the upcoming episode of “Kendra on Top,” her husband Hank and their two children, Hank Jr. and Alijah, came for a visit.

Kendra asked if the kids missed their mom:

“Do you guys want to stay in Vegas with mama?”

Little Hank said he missed her — but then he dropped a bombshell:

“It actually does feel like I didn’t have a mom.”

The light family lunch suddenly took a dark turn. Unfortunately, the episode sneak peek ends there and Kendra’s response will be revealed when the new episode airs.

But based on Kendra’s recent social media posts, the distance from her family has been difficult for the mom of two. She announced that she was moving to Las Vegas in an interview with E! Online in April.

At the time, Kendra joked that the new play was as exciting as a baby announcement:

“I’m birthing something new! It’s a fresh new chapter in my life and I have no idea where it’s taking me.”

Kendra had never acted on stage before. She had no clue how the long distance would impact her marriage or the relationship with her family, but she was willing to take a chance for the opportunity of a lifetime.

Since then she’s posted many pictures on Instagram indicating how much she misses spending time with her family.

But the working mom is trying her best to fulfill her dream of becoming an actress while being a good mom and wife.

“Sex Tips for Straight Women From Gay Men” premiered on May 27. Kendra recently extended her contract with the show through the end of the year.
