Last Saturday, “Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans placed a frantic call to 911 alleging that she couldn’t move her arms because her husband assaulted her.
As Dearly previously reported, the mother-of-three said that David Eason hit her in the yard because he’d been drinking.
The incident occurred while her children slept inside. She told the dispatcher:
“My husband, he just assaulted me. He pinned me down on the ground in the yard and I think I heard my f**king collarbone crack and I can’t move my arms.”
The mom was ultimately hospitalized for the injuries.
But in a video blog posted Thursday, Evans denied that she’s being “abused” by Eason.
In a video posted to her YouTube channel, entitled “Confessional: Domestic Violence,” Evans said her relationship with Eason isn’t abusive.
In the video blog, the mom said she was filming in her closet to hide from her kids. She appeared to be in good health and said she was doing fine after the incident:
“I know everyone’s concerned about me, and I know everyone wants to know, ‘Is she okay? How are the kids? Blah blah blah.’ Everything’s fine.
You know, I’ve been in so many domestic violence situations in the past that I would not put up with it now. So I don’t know why you guys would think that I would continue to stay in this relationship if I was being abused.”
Evans admitted that’s she’s been in “two or three relationships that were domestic violence,” but said that’s not the case this time.
The mother-of-three said she’s frustrated that fans never believe her side of the story:
“My mental health is way more important than people bringing me down like this and making me depressed. Every time I told you guys that I was in a domestic violence situation you would not believe me, and now I’m saying that I’m not, now I ‘am’ and you guys are trying to tell me something different. I’m just sick of hearing it, just stop. Just stop.”
Evans said that she took time away from social media after the incident and that it was really “beneficial.”
The reality star said that she made the decision at the encouragement of her family, who have been extremely supportive of her.
She even said that her mother Barbara Evans was by her side. Barbara previously said that she thought Eason may someday kill her, Dearly reported.
Police said that Evans did not press charges against Eason after the hospitalization. The mom encouraged fans to tune into “Teen Mom 2” to see what really happened.
Until then, what really went down remains unclear.
