On August 2, Jenna Bush Hager and her husband Henry Hager welcomed their first son into the world.
The proud parents of now three little ones named their son, Henry Harold “Hal” Hager. As Jenna told her Today Show colleagues, they named their little bundle of joy after her husband and her maternal grandfather.
“We weren’t exactly sure about the name but then his big sisters arrived and they called him “Hal Pal” and I thought, this is just perfect.”
Now, Hal is busy meeting everyone in his parents’ lives. From his aunt Barbara to his grandparents, former President and First Lady, George W. and Laura Bush, to many of Jenna’s Today Show colleagues, Hal already has quite the inner circle.
And as Jenna shared on Instagram, Hal is already getting making friends with co-host Hoda Kotb’s oldest daughter, Haley.
Look who came to visit. Swipe to see the moment my heart-melted.
And Hoda also shared photos from Hal and Haley’s first meeting on her profile as well.
Hoda simply captioned the photo, “Haley + Hal,” with two red heart emojis.
And people genuinely adored seeing two co-workers supporting each other outside of the office:
It is a pleasure to see how the Today Show ladies sincerely like and care for each other as friends, mommas and professional women. It’s a beautiful thing ~
Love to see y’all are “real” and look like me without makeup!
I love this picture! Speaks a thousand words!
So cool that you guys can share your maternity leave together!! Maybe you should film one episode of Hoda and Jenna from home with all the kids
The photos also seemingly show that Jenna and Henry were able to bring home little Hal after Jenna revealed that she had a c-section when delivering him.
"We weren’t exactly sure about the name…"
