Adult film actress and former “Teen Mom OG” star Farrah Abraham is no stranger to controversy when it comes to raising her 9-year-old daughter, Sophia.

Last year, the 27-year-old landed in hot water when she admitted that she and her daughter keep naked photos of each other on their cellphones, Dearly reported.

She said at the time:

“I mean my daughter and I, we run around the house naked and we just live life free.”

Now, the reality star is stirring up controversy again after she posted a video of her daughter dancing in underwear to Snapchat.

According to TMZ, the video showed Sophia wearing makeup and dancing in a top and Calvin Klein underwear at a Nordstrom dressing room in New York City.

The clip ignited a firestorm on social media, with some fans calling the mom “abusive” and claiming that she was showing off her daughter to “child predators.”

One Facebook user wrote:

… This poor child is growing up thinking that her body is going to make her money because that’s what her mommy does. I’m just shocked she posted a video of a minor dancing in underwear.

Others jumped to the mom’s defense and noted that the girl was as covered as she’d be in a swimsuit. A fan said:

Okkk I’m no Farrah fan but what’s the diff between a t-shirt and underwear and a bathing suit. Calm down. This time it’s not a big deal. She sucks in general yes but this is normal.

Following the backlash, Abraham told TMZ that she thinks nothing is wrong with the video.

The former MTV star said it was okay because filmed a public area and is comparable to what child Calvin Klein models would wear. She told the outlet:

“I know my daughter and I are living our best lives wearing Calvin Kleins.”

Abraham also posted a message about parenting to Snapchat.

The Snapchat read:

According to a study, strict parents can turn their kids into more effective liars because children who are afraid to tell the truth learn more deceptive behaviors to avoid getting in trouble.

Abraham followed up the post with a video of herself stating, “Ask me if I care.”

The reality star was fired from “Teen Mom OG” in 2018, which she alleges was because of her decision to act in adult films.

Her spot on the show has since been filled by Bristol Palin.

This girl is doomed to a life where her only asset is her body and she’ll likely wind up doing porn like her mom and pregnant as a teen also. What did anyone expect when she was taking her to vivid studios with her dad because she’s literally do stupid she was afraid she wouldn’t understand the contract which she didn’t so her dad being super proud of his daughter had to read her contract to have sex with strangers for money to ensure his prostitute of a daughter was at least being paid. I’d try to involve children’s services if this was my daughter I feel like they would deem her an unfit parent.

As long as the child is covered I see nothing wrong with it.

Sorry – sexualizing children is inappropriate. Dress your children in age appropriate garments and teach them to respect their bodies. There is a difference between underwear and dance apparel.

    I don’t care

I’d say something, but what’s the difference between a girl doing this for fun with her mom, and an 11 year old boy dressing up as a drag Queen and dancing in a gay bar?
