On June 27, “Gotham” star Donal Logue revealed that his worst nightmare as a parent had come true: his 16-year-old daughter was missing.
In a now-deleted tweet, he spread the details of Jade’s disappearance to his 111,000 followers:
“Missing-yesterday at 2PM Barclays Center/Fort Greene Brooklyn: my child, Jade Logue. 6’2” 180 lime green hoodie dark green military parka.”
Ninety-six hours later, he began desperately trying to let her know she is missed, loved, and wanted:
Jade. we miss you and love you. please come home. If you can see this, just know I love and miss you dearly https://t.co/2s6A7OAGq6

And soon, his wife Kasey joined in as well.

According to GossipCop, Jade, who also goes by Arlo, was reported missing on Monday to the New York Police Department with the last known location and appearance matching that of Logue’s initial tweet.
But more than a week later, Logue’s family is still searching for the 16-year-old.
In April 2016, Jade tweeted about “being trans,” saying it meant being “assaulted for absolutely no reason other than existing.” Fans now concerned about the girl’s well-being have responded to the 2016 tweet, urging her to come home and insisting her parents’ love for her is unconditional.
And unconditional it is. On Sunday, Logue took to Facebook to not only reiterate that fact, but also to encourage whoever might have Jade to “just drop her off,” saying they won’t ask any further questions:
This is my daughter, Jade. It's one of my favorite photos of her taken from a happier time (thanks, Natasha Cotroneo). I…
His post reads, in part:
“This is my daughter, Jade. It’s one of my favorite photos of her taken from a happier time … I love all people and have met tons, but honestly (I’m biased) there’s never been a more loving, innocent, cuddly child than Jade. I love her and who she is and her tribe is strong (I’ve met many wonderful people through Jade).”
However, he continued, alluding to the fact that she might have been involved with some ill-intentioned people:
“But there are some predators who swim among their ranks knowing they’re dealing with sweet, trusting souls. We want you home Jade. Whoever knows where she is, whoever may be with her — clearly this thing has become big and crazy. The net has been flung far and wide and luckily, I have dogged teams from the NYPD, FBI, and others involved.”
And Logue even addressed those individuals directly, saying:
“The point is, you may have had good intentions to help her, but I’m sure you realize that this situation is bigger than you could’ve anticipated.
Just drop her off. Let her get back in touch with her mother, Kasey, or me — we’ll take her back, with hugs and no questions asked.”
The 51-year-old father concluded his message by promising to not seek repercussions against whomever has Jade:
“Contact us If you have any information regarding Jade’s disappearance or Detective Frank Liuzzi at 718 636 6547. There is an “out” for this situation that works for all involved. We promise.”
Logue’s friend, actor Danny Trejo, echoed that sentiment in his own plea:

“Whoever has Jade, I want to plead with you. Please, just drop her off — anywhere — and she’ll find her way home. It’s gotten a lot bigger than you thought. I know you don’t want to get the people that you’re dealing with in trouble. So, please, just drop her off, and there will be no questions asked. We’ll find her.”
Although it’s still unknown what “people” both Logue and Trejo are referring to, it’s clear Jade is thought to have been involved with some questionable characters before her disappearance.
As the mystifying search continues, Logue is asking that people contact NYPD Det. Frank Liuzzi at (718) 636-6547 should they, or anyone they know, find out any information on Jade’s whereabouts.
