But how would you react to finding out that the person you trusted to take care of your kids was not doing what you have been paying them to do?
A father named Christopher showed one way to handle it…
According to the Irish Mirror, Christopher returned home shortly after leaving the house to grab some papers he had forgotten. Upon his return, he found his children’s babysitter sleeping on the couch. However, rather than waking the sitter, a furious Christopher quietly picked up his children and left the home.
When Sarah, the babysitter, woke up two hours later, she began calling Christopher incessantly. Claiming to be too busy to answer the phone, Christopher sent Sarah a text:Facebook
After multiple failed attempts to get Christopher to call her, Sarah began hinting she didn’t know where his kids were.
The conversation continued:Facebook
Christopher appeared to get in touch with his children’s school and let them in on his plan. Meanwhile, Sarah still had no idea what was going on.
Sarah eventually admitted to Christopher the boys were nowhere to be found:Facebook
Christopher also notified the police of his actions, so when Sarah called 911 for help, they simply told her the kids were fine:Facebook
The conversation ended after Christopher revealed he had the boys with him and that Sarah was obviously fired.
He even told the sitter he may be pressing charges:Facebook
According to On Air With Ryan Seacrest, the police didn’t believe Sarah’s actions warranted criminal charges. Christopher continued his revenge by posting the messages on Facebook.
When Sarah learned Christopher went public with what happened, she filed a harassment complaint; Facebook later took down the post.
There is no word as to whether Sarah will actually pursue a lawsuit.
If you were in this father’s shoes, would you have gone this far to teach the babysitter a lesson?
