The dad of the baby whose head was allegedly stomped on by a 10-year-old girl speaks out.

Nate Liedl father of 6-month-old Jaxon told KRTK he can’t forgive the girl that brutally took his little boy’s life. He said:

“I waited 37 years for my own little baby boy. I was extremely lucky because he didn’t cry, no fussing, he was happy smiles all the time.”

Nate said he was heartbroken when doctors told him Jaxon’s heart stopped and he would not survive the beating he had endured.

He was pronounced dead on November 1.

Liedl’s time with his son was cut even shorter due to a lengthy custody case. He explained:

“Missing out on those first three months was hard enough. And then, to be granted only eight hours after that, I feel like they essentially robbed me of time with Jaxon.

Now I’m not going to be able to get any of it back.”

During an interview on Monday, the grieving father explained that he wants to make sure the 10-year-old is held accountable for her crime.

Liedl confessed:

“As opposed to seeing it as a 10-year-old girl, I see it as the person who killed my son, she deserved to be in handcuffs, she’s a criminal.”

The father expressed no sympathy for the troubled girl who dropped Jaxon, panicked, and then crushed his head at a daycare in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. As previously reported by Dearly, the 10-year-old was living with her foster parents who ran the home daycare center where the baby was enrolled.

According to Inside Edition, the child is said to suffer severely from emotional issues.

On the day of the trial, Liedl sat in the courtroom and made sure the defendant who was charged with first-degree murder would face him in court.

The father watched the girl sob in her mother’s arms as prosecutors described her crime.

The 10-year-old returns to court on December 11.

According to the Associated Press, the adult charges will likely be contested.

I think children shouldn’t be babysitting or watching other children.

    • Anonymous 2 years ago

Well if you had watched it was at a daycare smart ass so it wasn’t other kids watching the kids

She was holding the baby, dropped it then had time to stomp his head in enough times to kill him. She was with the baby long enough to do that damage, no adults around them at the time. She basically was ” in charge” of him for awhile. Why do you have to call people don’t know names? Seems childish. Just asking

I’m so sorry.Beautiful little boy! I know there’s really nothing anyone can say that will ease your pain. Just remember, you gave him a happy, fulfilling life while he was here. He knows you are a good dad and he knows you are thinking of him.

She’s a criminal and should be treated as such. First she lied and said the baby hit his head , then she finally told the truth – which means she KNEW IT WAS WRONG!!! Folk need to see this as a crime not an emotionally disturbed child because she is a murderer PERIOD!

Murderer, and should be treated as such. If you want to stop a cancer, you destroy it early before it can spread and do more damage.

The baby should NEVER have been left in a foster care home. Foster children are special needs because of their emotional abuse from having to be removed from their birth home. Parents: BEWARE!!!

    • Anonymous 2 years ago

Not all Foster Children are special needs , We are Foster parents and the children we have are not like this. Some yes they are, depends on their situation, but to classify all Foster kids the same is not ok

I was a foster child and can relate to the anger and hurt the 10 year old girl has first off a child shouldn’t be watching a child especially one that has emotional issues due to the fact that her whole world is turned upside down and she got taken from her family what she did was not write by any means but you have to understand the torture these kids go threw and some of them it really screws there minds up. I don’t think treating this little girl with a adult sentence is the way the go the devil obviously can come over anyone this child needs love, jesus and alot of prayers
