According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Man was a top student in her graduating class high school of 2016. Her science teacher, Lancer Smith, told the news outlet:

“She She would still read the chapters and take notes over the information we didn’t even go over. She really wanted to know it.”

However, as People reports, Man did not attend her college classes last spring or this fall.

Man reported missing in October by her family, the Journal-Constitution also reports. When she appeared two days later, they notified police that she had been found. But when their daughter went missing again, they did not notify police. Man was seen last by non-family in November, when she went to pick up a paycheck from a store she worked at in another mall.

Police found her body decomposing in a completely vacant food court at Gwinnett Place Mall in Duluth and estimated she had been dead for at least two weeks.

Investigators are still working to find a cause of death— they were unable to locate any surveillance footage from the mall at the time they think that Man died.

If you have any information about Man’s “activities and acquaintances” before her death call (770) 513-5300.
