Model Chrissy Teigen isn’t letting the body-shamers get her down after she was asked a rude question on Instagram.
While on vacation with her husband, singer John Legend, and two children, Luna and Miles, Teigen shared a photo from her and John’s vow renewal celebration.
On social media, the model posted videos showing her sprucing up a white towel with silver nail polish before wrapping it around herself, putting a veil on her head, and meeting her husband of six years at a makeshift altar.
The vow renewal was part of a bigger video they created, which spoofed the TLC reality show “Four Weddings.”
If you’re one of the 6 other people who watch four weddings you are gonna love my Instagram story

Teigen joked at one point:
“Every single thing about my wedding was perfect. Like, I know I’m gonna win. It was beautiful, I’m so happy. I mean, it was incredible. I know I’m gonna win, I just know it.”
However, after posting a photo of her and John’s fake renewal on Instagram, Teigen was met with some comments that didn’t sit well with her.
One user wrote, “Baby bump?” And Teigen quickly responded:
I know you didn’t mean it to be rude but think twice about asking this, there are people who have trouble conceiving and it hurts every time. I’m not pregnant but would be happy if I were. But I’m also happy not to be!
Another commenter, in support of Teigen added that “it also hurts when you are trying to lose your baby weight and still have a bump and people ask or think this question.”
Yeah I’m already reminded of it every time I get out of the shower, I don’t need to hear it on the daily lol
Other fans praised Teigen, who has dealt with fertility struggles of her own, for being “wonderful and kind” when responding to the user’s baby bump inquiry.
