It’s been a challenging year for “Teen Mom OG” star Catelynn Baltierra and her husband Tyler.

The 26-year-old checked into a 30-day rehab program for suicidal thoughts in November after unexpectedly miscarrying her third child, according to earlier reports.

Tyler said they “sat in the bed and cried” after losing their bundle of joy and knew that Catelynn would need help to get through it.

Catelynn successfully completed her program, but checked into rehab a second time due to other emotional issues.

And on this week’s episode of “Teen Mom OG,” she revealed to her husband that she thought it would lead to divorce, People reports.

On the show’s season finale, Catelynn sat her husband down to explain that her medication wasn’t working and she had been “hiding” her serious anxiety.

When Tyler questioned whether he may have contributed to her negative emotions, she said it had to do with her childhood. Catelynn said:

“I’m telling you right now, it’s nothing to do with what you do. It’s me being a f****** 12-year-old and my dad leaving or me being 8 and my mom drinking all the time and not being there.”

She called her husband “awesome” and “supportive” before revealing she was concerned he would leave her if she went back to rehab.

The “Teen Mom OG” star said:

“I didn’t even want to tell you that I was going back. I just thought, ‘I wouldn’t blame Tyler, like seriously, if you wanted to just divorce me.’ I put you through so much. You’re an awesome husband, seriously, to stand by me through all this s***. I’m sure a lot of guys would just throw in the f****** towel.”

But Tyler said he would stay by her side throughout her struggles — because that’s what husbands do. He told Catelynn:

“I don’t think those guys are true husbands. I’m not ever leaving, I’m not going anywhere. Don’t think like that.”

Catelynn has since completed her stay in rehab and the couple are currently excited to finish up renovations of their “forever home,” according to the reality star’s Instagram.

Luckily, it seems Catelynn will have her supportive husband by her side for a long time to come.
