Internet sensation Danielle Bregoli has apparently been earning some pretty big bucks since she first uttered her famous catchphrase, “Cash me outside, how boh da?” on “Dr. Phil” last year.
The 14-year-old has since transitioned her viral popularity into a rap career and now goes by the stage name Bhad Bhabie, according to earlier reports.
The rapper recently released a new track, “Mama Don’t Worry (Still Ain’t Dirty),” that details her rise from nothing to riches.
And now, she’s using some of that new money to help out an important person in her life — her mom, Barbara Bregoli.Bhad Bhabie/Instagram
In an emotional Instagram video, the teen taped herself saying “Merry Christmas, b****,” before handing her mother a bright red envelope.
Barbara stares at the card and its contents for a second before covering her mouth and bursting into tears. Then she asks her daughter:
“Are you serious?”
Turns out, Danielle wrote a check for $65,000 in order to pay off her mother’s mortgage as a holiday surprise. The teen captioned the clip:
Mama don’t worry, I just paid off your mortgage.
The touching video quickly ignited a firestorm on social media. Many praised the young girl for her giving nature, but others still slammed the teen for her delivery.
Some Instagram users wrote:
I like the thought, but does it make you feel good to call her a b****.
How she just gonna disrespect her mother like that?!?
I know it’s a good thing, but [that’s] her mom show some respect to her.
I grabbed my mouth when she called her mom that.
It really doesn’t matter, you can’t call your mom like that.
But regardless of others’ opinions, it seemed that Barbara was incredibly thankful for Danielle’s surprising gift.
