Hollywood has seen its fair share of relationships fail because of infidelity.
Whether rumor or fact, high-profile couples have been making headlines for years because one has “stepped out” on the other.
Perhaps some of the most memorable in recent decades include Brad Pitt’s rumored affair with Angelina Jolie while filming “Mr. & Mrs. Smith.”
Or when Jesse James admitted to wife Sandra Bullock in 2010 that he had an affair with a tattoo artist, thus ending their six-year marriage.
And it’s hard to forget when Tiger Woods made headlines for his alleged affairs while married to his wife of five years and mother to his two children, Elin Nordegren.
And just last week, it appeared as though another celebrity couple was about to bite the dust.
Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis starred together on the hit series “That 70s Show.” They married in 2015 and have two children.
According to Today, Star Magazine reported that Kutcher had been seen spending time with a woman who wasn’t Kunis.
The woman had dark brown hair, and it was speculated that Kutcher was having an affair.
However, that couldn’t have been further from the truth — because as it turns out, that mystery woman is actually a relative.
Kutcher responded to the tabloid on his Twitter:
You should have heard how upset Mila was that I spent the day with our cousin. Sorry aunt Jodie these magazines lack integrity. pic.twitter.com/tvKdGoqRnx

His tweet reads:
“You should have heard how upset Mila was that I spent the day with our cousin. Sorry aunt Jodie these magazines lack integrity.”
Fans were quick to side with the actor:
How crappy. Worse that they have a market for that behavior. Sorry :/

According to Today, this isn’t the first time the actor has gone toe-to-toe with the magazine.
While he was still married to Demi Moore in 2010, Kutcher took to Twitter to blast the outlet for damaging his character:
I think Star magazine calling me a "cheater" qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees.

Soon after the blunder, it seemed as though Kutcher moved on to more important issues, as his most recent tweet points to his work regarding “work place gender equality”:
So far 300k people have watched a conversation about work place gender equality w/ ashton and effie https://t.co/uK5594jz9N

And based on his Facebook page, it seems his relationship with Kunis is doing just fine.
