An Ohio mom was arrested for allowing her 10-year-old son to get a tattoo by a 16-year-old artist after the video of the session went viral.
As Dearly previously reported, parents were outraged by a video that surfaced on Facebook — it showed a young boy getting tattooed in a living room.

The cellphone video led police to investigate. Officers visited the Bellefontaine home last week and discovered that a teenager had inked the 10-year-old, the Bellefontaine Examiner reported.
According to WSYX/WTTE, a witness told the station that 16-year-old Kyle Richardson often gives tattoos in his home.
The artist was charged with:
Performing tattoos in a manner that doesn’t meet safety and sanitation standards, and tattooing in a manner that does not meet sterilization and disinfection standards.
The boy may have tattooed someone else who eventually developed Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) — a staph infection from getting inked.
Watch the video:
The 10-year-old’s mom, Nikki J. Dickinson, 34, was charged for allegedly encouraging the teen to give her son the tattoo.
She allegedly grew tired of him begging for one and conceded to wishes.

In a news segment, Bellefontaine Police Lt. Rick Herring said:
“It bothered me. I’m a father and I’m a grandfather.”
The video led to millions of views and an arrest on Friday.
Dickinson is not the woman in the footage but was charged with first-degree misdemeanor child endangerment and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Child Protective Services have been notified about the incident.
